Programme Journey
Day 1 — Awareness & Lifestyle Reset
Explore current routines, lifestyle risk factors and personal priorities. Establish a clear starting point and identify realistic areas for change.
Day 2 — Food & Nourishment
Focus on practical food choices, mindful eating and balanced nourishment for everyday life.
Day 3 — Movement & Circulation
Use gentle, appropriate movement to reconnect with the body and explore forms of activity that can become part of daily life.
Day 4 — Stress, Emotion & Mind–Body Connection
Develop awareness of stress patterns and explore facilitator-guided practices for regulation, grounding and mind–body connection, including TRE where appropriately facilitated.
Day 5 — Gut-Friendly Living & Mindful Eating
Explore food patterns, hydration and everyday habits that can support a more comfortable and balanced routine. The programme does not make detoxification or disease-treatment claims.
Day 6 — Personal Lifestyle Planning
Turn observations from the retreat into a realistic personal plan covering food, movement, rest, stress management and daily priorities.
Day 7 — Commitment & Action Plan
Close the retreat by defining practical next steps, support needs and a personal commitment for the period after returning home.
Follow-up
The source programme includes a six-month follow-up concept with group and individual consultations. Any medical check-up must be separately confirmed and delivered by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider; it must not be assumed as included unless currently contracted and approved.
