Chanting & Meaning

Morning chanting is a traditional Buddhist practice used in the Full Traditional Morning Practice. It includes homage to the Triple Gem, praise of the Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha, reflection on impermanence and suffering, dedication of merit, the Five Precepts and loving-kindness. Participation and spiritual content must be disclosed before registration.
